MLSMailings is an automated service, which generates postcards for your listings [SFR or condos/townhomes that are for sale] when they are active and sold. We would get the data directly from your MLS and generate the postcards automatically.

We do send an email 24 hours prior to printing, giving you the option to opt-out. This way you are not locked into every listing.

If you would like the postcards to go out, then you do NOTHING at all, we will mail them to the surrounding home owners of the property address which we get the list for you automatically as well! Then we deliver them to the post office for you.

We will then email you a front and back copy of the postcard along with the mailing list of the recipient of the postcards. You will also get a physical copy sent in the mail as well.
